Our Services

Case Management

Case Managers identify and draw together natural and community supports to reach desired outcomes for children and families. Additionally, they monitor progress towards these outcomes and review that progress with families monthly. These services also include education advocacy for 504 Plans and IEPs, along with completions of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans. These services also provide connection to necessary resources for any additional unmet needs.

Skills Training

Our Qualified Mental Health Professionals-Community Services (QMHP-CS) provide individualized skills and socialization services to clients. Evidence-based programs, such as Skillstreaming and Aggression Replacement Training, are used to meet targeted goals developed by our clinical teams. Our clients grow through creativity, modeling, and even role playing!

Family Partner Supports

Caregivers are equipped with a Family Partner, a parent or caregiver who uses their lived experience to provide peer support. Family Partners aim to provide a support system for caregivers and let them know that they are not alone in their experiences or this process. The Family Partner assists the LAR in finding their voice and then using it to advocate for their child.

Psychotherapy

Our licensed clinicians provide a variety of treatments that aim to help clients identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Support Groups

We offer monthly peer groups for women and men, along with caregiver support groups. These provide opportunities for individuals to connect with others in similar situations and discuss related feelings in a safe space.
